Lion’s Gate Security Solutions Training Academy was established to meet the security needs of the community and the business sector. We strive to employ members of the community to work within their communities.

The primary function of a security officer is to protect the assets of his or her employer. At times, the security officer can be faced with critical decisions such as whether or not to detain an individual, make a lawful arrest, or use necessary force to detain a citizen. It is imperative that security officers understand and follow guidelines in order to remove liabilities from himself or herself, the employer and/or the perpetrator.
